Geoff & I just finished 2 weddings this weekend and are taking the day off to relax. On Saturday we were photographing the wedding of Nancy & Larry at the HMB Ritz Carlton. They had an intimate wedding with close friends and family, and really pampered their guests. We had a great time, and Nancy was so happy all day, she just couldn’t stop smiling at everyone. And the weather was absolutely perfect! Then yesterday, we photographed the wedding of Nicole & Wellington at Nestldown. We got to do their engagement session at the beach a few weeks ago, which always makes for a smooth wedding day, when the bride and groom are comfortable in front of the camera. Nicole looked radiant all day. During the mother son dance, the family had a recorded version of the groom’s late father singing “You are My Sunshine.” EVERYBODY was crying by the time that song finished, myself included. I can’t wait to show you some of my favorites, but you’ll have to wait a few weeks…
