Hotel Sofitel & Mehran Wedding | Ayub & Fazila

by erin on January 7, 2011

Adding a vast array of jewel toned color to the sunset sky was easy for Ayub and Fazila who weaved bright, stunning colors throughout their wedding design.    Neutral palettes for weddings are equally stunning but we loved Ayub and Fazila’s color schemes which altered from night to night of their wedding celebrations.  They paired rich golds with hunter green’s and crimson reds with sharp blue’s.   I love how Fazila matched her nail polish to her gowns as well…those small details complete the look.   Bright colors for wedding designs continues to flourish, not only as companions for brighter hues, but also in monochromatic color schemes in 2011.

Ayub and Fazila are a very contemporary couple, who chose to combine cultural traditions and family values with their own personalization to their wedding day.  More and more bride’s are choosing to use color throughout not just the wedding design but also in their gowns.   The wedding industry recently saw designer Very Wang unveil newly designed wedding gowns in colors including deep chocolate brown, a silvery gray, and peach color so rich you want to eat it.   It was truly amazing to view what this couple did with color and how it told a story of their union…not to mention, our cameras couldn’t get enough!

Rich golds, hunter greens, lush reds, sky blues, and sweet silvers…what is not to love? There are so many beautiful palettes to their wedding design, and all look beautiful, that it is hard to pick a favorite.
